Duck and geeze artisan products
Since 1985 Olga has been elaborating artisan products from her farm house next to the rocks of Peñas de Aia in the natural Park of Aiako Harria. We offer elaborated artisan products like foie gras, foie gras micuit, confits and duck ham. We feed our ducks and geeze with transgenic free products. You can pick between fresh and elaborated products that we make with love. We have a long tradition in the artisan elaborating process of foie gras, duck ham and confits.
